Terms of Service

Griffin Media Developments Ltd T/A Pay Per Appointment Terms of Service.


These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity hereby known as (“The Client”) and Griffin Media Developments Ltd T/A Pay Per Appointment hereby known as ("The Service Provider"),

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
    1.1. The Client engages the Service Provider to perform appointment-setting services to schedule qualified appointments on behalf of the Client.
    1.2. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and access required for the campaign, including but not limited to Calendly logins, website logins, and calendar sharing permissions.
  2. "NO-SHOWS"
    2.2. The Client must notify the Service Provider within 24 hours of the appointment booked time of the "no-show".
    2.3. The Service Provider will then try to rebook the appointment.
    2.4. If the Service Provider can not rebook the appointment, the appointment shall not be considered qualified.
  3. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR APPOINTMENTS
    3.1. The Client will provide the Service Provider with a set of qualification questions in the onboarding process, as well as a set of answers that confirm qualification.
    3.1.1. If the answers confirm qualification, the Service Provider will book the appointment.
    3.1.2. If the answers do not qualify the appointment, the answers will be shared with the Client before the Service Provider books the appointment.
    3.1.3. The Client will then accept or decline the appointment as qualified based on these answers.
    3.2. A qualified appointment is one that meets the criteria based on the information provided by the Client above and including but not limited to company revenue, headcount, industry, location, and the job titles of individuals on a call.
  4. INITIAL PERIOD AND PAYMENT
    4.1.1. The initial period consists of 4 qualified appointments and is charged at a rate of £250 per appointment with an initial payment of 4 meetings upfront totalling £1000.
    4.2. After the payment specified in Section 4.1 has been made the Service Provider shall begin the setup period of the Client's campaign.
    4.2.1. The setup period will last approximately 3 weeks.
    4.2.2. After the 3 weeks specified in Section 4.2.1 have elapsed the Service Provider shall start the Client's campaign. This date will hereinafter be known as the "Service Start Date".
  5. BILLING AND PAYMENT
    5.1. The Service Provider shall book appointments for 4 weeks after the Service Start Date
    5.1.2. Any sat and qualified appointments over the initial 4 appointments that are booked within this 4 week period shall be billed once sat at £250 per appointment.
    5.2. The Service Provider will bill the Client on the booking of each qualified appointment.
    5.3 The Client can notify the Service Provider of their decision to move up to a retainer model as soon as they wish.
  6. CONFIDENTIALITY
    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information and data exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
  7. TERM AND TERMINATION
    7 Either Party may terminate this agreement by providing not less than 14 days’ notice in writing to the other Party
  8. MISCELLANEOUS
    8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Service Provider concerning the appointment-setting services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
    8.2. This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
  9. GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
